CyberPodium Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of CyberPodium. By creating an account, enrolling in learning, redeeming access, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Independent learning platform

CyberPodium is an independent, community-led learning platform. Its courses, practice tests, tools, articles, and certificates are educational resources. Unless we expressly state otherwise, CyberPodium is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for a certification vendor, technology provider, or examination body. Learning material and scores do not guarantee an exam result, certification, employment outcome, or professional result.

2. Eligibility and account use

You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live, provide accurate account information, protect your password, and promptly report suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law. One-time access codes are personal, may be redeemed once, and may be revoked where access was issued in error, obtained fraudulently, or violates these Terms.

3. Security and service-risk acknowledgement

Before account creation, you must acknowledge the Security and Service-Risk Notice. Internet and cloud services can experience errors, downtime, data loss, or security incidents. Do not provide sensitive information that is not required for learning. You should decide whether the platform is appropriate for your needs before using it. This acknowledgement does not waive consumer, privacy, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

4. Access, payments, and refunds

Some content is free, while some content may require an access code, a completed video activity, or a payment arrangement with the listed contact. Any displayed price, discount, duration, or access condition applies only to the relevant item and may be changed before purchase. A payment or access-code issue must be raised through the listed contact with the relevant details. We may correct obvious pricing or access errors before granting access.

5. Acceptable use

You may use CyberPodium for personal learning. You must not bypass access controls, share access codes or accounts, scrape or overload the service, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual-property rights, or use the platform unlawfully. Do not copy, redistribute, sell, or publish platform content except where the law permits or the content owner gives written permission.

6. Community content

You remain responsible for content you post. Do not post private, unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content. We may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect learners, the platform, or legal rights.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the platform useful and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, secure, or available at every time or in every location. We may modify, pause, remove, or improve features or content, including for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CyberPodium is provided on an “as available” basis and CyberPodium is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury where applicable law prohibits that exclusion, or any statutory consumer or data-protection right that cannot be limited.

9. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect security, prevent abuse, or comply with law. You may stop using the platform at any time and may request account deletion under the Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable law and updates

These Terms do not displace mandatory laws or protections that apply in your country of residence. We may update these Terms as the platform changes. The effective date and version at the top show the current Terms. Continued use after an update may require acceptance where law requires it.

11. Contact
