Information we collect

When you participate in a CyberPodium quiz, we collect the name, email address and profession you provide, your selected answers, score, quiz name and email-verification status.

How we use it

We use this information to verify participation, operate the quiz, calculate and record results, prevent abuse and improve our learning content. Quiz information is not used for promotional email unless we introduce a separate, optional marketing consent process.

Storage and service providers

Quiz verification and result processing use Google Apps Script. Results are stored in Google Forms and a linked Google Sheet controlled by CyberPodium. These services are provided by Google and are subject to Google's applicable privacy and security practices.

Sharing and selling

CyberPodium does not sell participant information. We do not share it for third-party advertising. Information may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the service from misuse.

Retention and your choices

We keep quiz records only while they remain useful for administration, security and learning analytics. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting cyberpodiumyt@gmail.com.

Security

Email ownership is checked using a time-limited verification code. No internet service is completely risk-free, but we use reasonable controls to limit unauthorized access and abuse.

Changes

We may update this policy as the website changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
